This is considered to be one of the most challenging phases of the business. The company has put all its efforts into overcoming obstacles in order to be able to launch the business as planned and to make the business continue to run while focusing on determining the concern and care of business stakeholders throughout the supply chain such as maintaining and taking care of the health of employees and the safety of customers who visit the company with intensive measures to help the community and the nation to prevent the spread of the virus. The company is committed to producing ethanol and electricity from quality biomass that is friendly to the environment and in 2022 there is another important step for the company which has developed the business by expanding Phase II projects with the business of wastewater treatment or disposal and the production of tap water, industrial water, or steam. It is under construction and will open for business within 2023 to enhance the strength and competitiveness of the company at the regional and national levels of the company, which will lead to good performance in the future and also help upgrade the energy industry.

From the COVID-19 crisis that affected the operations of the company as well as other companies in the same industry, but with a proactive approach to customer needs, flexibility and cooperation from a network of alliances in a variety of businesses, including expanding cooperation with the government sector and business partners in terms of ideas and finding opportunities, as well as collaborating to join forces to bring knowledge to expand the business, ready to adjust the strategy to be in line with the volatile situation.
